dc.description.abstractSmall businesses play a vital role in the growth and development of the Ghanaian economy. To achieve sustainable economic growth, it is essential for small businesses to enhance their productivity and profitability. one way to achieve this is through effective sales recording and management. This paper proposes the implementation of a sales recording system equipped with voice recognition technology to assist small businesses in recording and monitoring their operations. This system will enable small businesses to generate accurate sales reports, analyze revenue trends, and make informed decisions regarding their future investments. The proposed system aims to provide a user-friendly and affordable solution for small businesses to overcome challenges related to manual record-keeping, financial management, and regulatory compliance. This study contribute to the ongoing efforts to promote entrepreneurship and economic growth in Ghana by offering a practical and innovative solution for small business owners.
