dc.description.abstractThis research paper was conducted with the aim of investigating the different ways teachers; school administrators and parents contribute to a special needs child's experience and success at school. This paper provides an insight as to the various roles each stakeholder (teachers, parents and school administrators) play. A quantitative design was used to gather data, through the use of a combination of structured, ope-ended questionnaires and interviews. The research sought to determine the key factors that influence the special needs child's experience and success at school, whilst establishing that factors proposed by the study's cognitive map were of some influence.en_US
