Abstract
The pandemic took everyone by surprise and disrupted the operations of many institutions
worldwide. As a result, many institutions have been compelled to undertake their operations
remotely. Completely relying on third-party applications to manage the internal operations
of an institution could be detrimental to it during situations whereby their servers are
compromised by cyberattacks and redundancy failure. The Academic Affairs Department
of Ashesi University has expressed its need for an internal system to manage and organize
all events and meetings planned for the institution. The DUPA University Calendar is going
to be built to meet their needs.
