The Internet has undergone many changes in its 45-year-old history. The next wave for the Internet is the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT is is defined as “group of infrastructures interconnecting connected objects and allowing their management, data mining and the access to the data they generate” (Dorsemaine). This project implements a lightweight IoT system that can control devices in the home. This system can then be extended to other use cases in agriculture, healthcare and education.en_US
