In this paper, a proposed solution is discussed and the Architecture, Implementation and testing are expounded on to see how best the problem of unemployment and book oriented education in Ghana, taking the Information Technology sector; Elev8, a web application designed for students to learn, workers to find freelance work and employers to hire and outsource, is suggested as a potential fit to the problem society faces today.
