Abstract
Change appears to be the one constant in an ever-changing world. This can be ascribed to technological advancements. One of the crucial aspects driving human progress is technological improvement. Treatment of diseases, higher productivity, rapid and effective task execution, and improved food production are just a few of the advantages. Ghana's banking industry has benefitted from technological advancement, as seen in the evolution from traditional "brick and mortar" branches to the current structure, which includes internet banking channels. The goal of this study is to investigate the impact of digital banking on universal banks' profitability in Ghana and evaluate investments made.
